2 bed flat in W Bridgford

Hi,

Looking for a housemate to help reduce the costs. I have been living in the flat for 6 months and have found it comfortable, clean and well decorated. The bedroom is shown as an office in the attached photos but there is plenty of space for a double bed and storage.

It is a short walk to W Bridgford high street and the Clifton Suspension Bridge so it is easy to get to outdoor greenery, the river and shops. The area is also quiet and a very easy bus journey into Nottingham (it is <15mins journey to the train station)

The flat is furnished with my things and these will be staying and you would be welcome to use them. The flat is ideal for somebody with their own bedroom furniture. Beyond that, there is probably room for an arm chair in the living room but not much else. There is room for a wardrobe, chests of drawers and shelving in the bedroom.

The flat is not tiny but it is also not large enough to live with somebody you do not get on with. I am therefore looking for somebody who is friendly (i. e somebody who says hi when you see each other and is willing to have a conversation), clean, hygienic and respectful of my things (although happy for you to use them). Ideally it would be nice to find somebody who would like to hang out sometimes e. g pub trips, cycling.
