A stone's throw from the riverbank and a 5 minute walk from the high street, my flat is in a prime location. With buses to the city and surrounding areas directly opposite the building and airport shuttle a 5 minute walk down the road, getting around is very simple.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, large kitchen and living area and ample storage. The room would be furnished with a double bed and mattress, desk, bedside table, mirror and built in wardrobe, although the tenant would be more than welcome to buy their own furnishings to personalise the room. It has been recently painted and a new carpet was installed in recent years.

The kitchen is fully kitted out with washing machine and dishwasher and there is also a tumble dryer in the flat.

My flat is well kept and cosy and hopefully somewhere you find enjoyable to stay in. I am a professional athlete, so I'm an early riser and early sleeper! Ideally, a flatmate would be someone who respects this and doesn't regularly come home late, and also is relatively clean and tidy. The flat is not big so mess can build up quickly if not well kept.

There is secure parking for you and any guests you may have to visit. I am also working with the company who own the grounds to get bike storage sorted so if you are a cyclist you can have a safe place to store your bike. There is also a lift up to the property and a ramp to the door.
