This clean and stylish studio flatette is FULLY FURNISHED and located on the top floor of a superb large Victorian detached house, situated in the heart of West Bridgford.

THE AREA
Trendy West Bridgford is regarded as one of the most vibrant areas in Nottingham. It boasts a beautiful park, fantastic bars and restaurants, and plenty of local supermarkets - all of which are just a short walk from our doorstep. Buses to Nottingham City arrive every 5 minutes and take just 10 minutes to get you into the centre.

THE BUILDING
The building, set over 3 large floors, comprises of 11 unique studio flatettes (as we've affectionately named them.) Each stylish flatette is open plan, with its very own kitchen, living and sleeping space that has been carefully designed to work for the way people live now. There are 3 luxury shared shower rooms to choose from. In our eyes compact is the new condo!

FLATETTE #11
Tucked away at the top of the building is this fantastic, newly renovated attic style Flatette - which we have to admit has become one of our favourite remodels to date!

One of Mouse flatette's most striking features is its unique shape. With its sloping ceiling and exposed beams, it has a wonderful cosy yet contemporary feel. A large window and a skylight allow natural light to flood in, maximising the Flatettes openness, giving the space a bright and well-lit look! The extra large bed nestled in it's stylish alcove is a perfect sanctuary to curl up on.

The glossy white, contemporary kitchen is a great size and contains all the modern appliances you need to cook up a feast; including a full size fan oven and a 4 ring ceramic hob with overhead extractor fan. The uniquely patterned metro tiles are a quirky nestnotts flourish, which not only look great, but also reflect our dedication to providing stylish spaces at affordable prices - renting doesn't have to be dull.

The living area contains a mid-century style settee, wardrobe, drawers, shelving and a small table and chairs so we've got you covered in terms of storage space!

THE BATHROOMS
Our luxury bathrooms are SHARED spaces, which allows you say goodbye to those dreaded council tax bills every month, and hello to extra money in your pocket to do the things you enjoy.​ The brand new luxury shower rooms have been fastidiously designed to offer an experience that you just wouldn't expect to find whilst renting. These spacious rooms are a total winner with our residents; with huge walk in showers, designer tiles and heated towel rails.

THE COST

£680 per month (single person occupancy) Fully Furnished.

£720 per month for a couple - due to legal restrictions and room size we are unable to accommodate more than two people per studio flatette.

The deposit is £580 (single person occupancy)
The deposit is £620 (two person occupancy)

This includes following bills:
- high speed internet
- water
- council Tax
- Communal electricity/heating

Studio flatette electricity is not included in the monthly rent and is on a pay as you go basis via an app based top up system. The average electric cost per room is £15-25 per month depending on time of year and how warm you like it!

With no hidden or unwanted extras. We think this represents great value, especially in West Bridgford. Even the on-site private parking is free!
