I’m looking to move in with my other half so looking for someone to take over my room and rent until the end of the contract in August.

The flat is a 2 bed, 2 story flat above a barber shop, with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room downstairs, and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

Living room/kitchen - L shaped sofa w/ sofa bed, coffee tables, tv, 2 fridge freezers, air fryer, kettle, toaster, washing machine.

Bedroom- double bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, side unit, reading chair.

It is right next to the river Trent. It’s a lovely location with great links into the city centre, with buses every 3-5minutes. A 5 minute walk from the West Bridgford avenue and a 20 minute walk to Asda, Aldi and Lidl. There is also a local coop straight across from the flat and a cafe next door.
