Three bed one bathroom - semi detached home on Clumber Rd in West Bridgford
Our third house mate is moving in with his partner on April 1st.
We have been here for one year now and myself and my friend are looking for someone to take his double room (with plenty of storage) any time in April. You'd be an equal third party on the rental agreement. The third photo is the double room available.
We have a lovely shared living space which is fully furnished with a dining table, sofa, tv, coffee table and shelves. and a concept 2 rowing machine that I leave for communal use if your a sporty person :)
Our kitchen is furnished with the dishwasher and washing machine belonging to the landlord whilst our tumbeldryer, microwave and american size fridge-freezer are ours.
With loads of cuboard storage in the kitchen.
We have a nicely sized garden and patio area with space to store bikes.
Currently we each have a double room, with my friend taking the front living room as a bedroom. He will be moving into the box room thats currently used as an office so we can open up the front living room to the rest of the house.
We have a private landlord who is polite and is really on it when it comes to repairs and replies. And with neighbours who are lovely and have developed a friendly relationship with.
My friend has an indoor Maine Coon cat, small for his size he is beautifully behaved and is very sociable with humans. He also never goes on surfaces.
I have a robot hoover for downstairs as a perk.
My friend is a Psychotherapy student and works as a visiting carer. I will be a Psychotherapy student this academic year (I'll still be paying council tax).
The house itself is 2 minuits from the 6 and 7 green line busses, a 5 minuit walk from the West Bridgford high street and down the road from the melton road shops.
We are relaxed, considerate and prefer a quiet environment when it comes to music and devices. We each love to have friends around and will host the occasional dinner or games night. We also have plenty of home hobbies, with some cycling and camping thrown in.
I think it's fare to say that we find it easy to maintain a clean & tidy home and we communicate well .
We each enjoy the cozy quiet home life in the spacious shared spaces and West Bridgford as a whole.
