Double room available in a friendly, laid back house in the Lady Bay area of West Bridgford. House is handy for the shops, bars, embankment, Water Sports Centre etc and a short bus ride into town. There's a big kitchen, most mod cons, off street parking, loads of storage space and excellent WiFi. Housemates are all in their twenties/thirties, employed and sociable. Would suit an easy going professional (or possibly a post grad), no pets, and it's a no smoking house. Bills are £90-110 a month on top and we sort those out every 3 months.
