The room is in a large family house.
Only two are living in this house, myself and my 13 yrs old son.
He can be some times a bit loud when playing online games ( holiday times) .. but so far a lovely quite boy.
There is a kitchen for the guest to use and a fridge for personal shopping.
There is a cat as well, very friendly one.
