Bedding and towels provided. Happy for you to leave belongings over the weekend as room will not be used by anyone else. Use of shared living room, fully equipped new kitchen/diner, utility, private enclosed garden and summer house. Storage space for cycle if required in garage. Sole use of downstairs brand new shower with sink and toilet. Own food cupboard, fridge and freezer space. Spacious driveway parking available. Short walk to bus stop. Close to the town centre, supermarkets, petrol stations, gyms, pubs, restaurants, retail park, lovely countryside walks etc. Easy access to the A34 and short drive to Harwell, Milton Park and Culham sites.

I aim to provide a homely environment that you would feel comfortable sharing with myself (friendly, easy going landlord!) and my small dog.

I’m looking for someone who is trustworthy, clean and tidy and respectful of my home. Someone who is easy going, friendly, has a sense of humour and likes dogs.

Please note I am a home worker so this room would only suit somebody who is out at work during the day.

Rent £500 deposit £500. Rent is inclusive of all bills including council tax. Cleaning of the room and shower room twice per month to include washing of bedding/towels, hoovering, dusting, emptying of bin can be arranged for a small additional charge.

References are not essential but would be an advantage.
