The room includes a single bed, computer desk with drawers, desk chair, wardrobe with hangers, mirror, lockable door, laundry basket, and a 32” TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick. Brand new bedding will be provided. Multi-way extension leads with integrated USB ports are provided. There are large storage spaces available under the bed, in the attic, and in the garage. Full use of the house and amenities is included. Off-street car parking is available.

The house has recently been decorated and furnished throughout. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a total of 3 bedrooms. Downstairs there is a large, comfortable living & dining room including a 9ft projector screen on the wall for watching TV & movies. At the back of the house there is a full size UK pool table and a 43” TV in the conservatory, which leads into the garden where there is a seating area with patio furniture, a BBQ, and a fire pit. The kitchen has all the usual appliances, including a washer-dryer, lots of cupboard storage space, and a large American style fridge-freezer.

All bills are included in the rent: 600Mbps internet, Virgin Media Ultimate TV Bundle, access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ streaming services in the living room, council tax (band C), water, electricity, gas, & TV license. The house is situated in a quiet residential street, with shops, takeaways, and a pub within a 5 minute walk. The main bus route through Abingdon to Oxford has a stop 10 minutes walk from the house and Radley train station is 1 mile away which gets into Oxford in 7 minutes. The Vale of White Horse Leisure Centre is also 1 mile away.

My friend and I currently living here are friendly, easy going 29yo professionals. I work in R&D at a medical imaging company and he works in games development. We are both into gaming, hanging out watching TV & movies, listening to music, and cooking. We like the house to be kept clean & tidy and share cleaning responsibilities.

Weekday evening and weekend viewings are available from 8th February, with the possibility of moving in immediately. If the first month of occupancy is partial, then the cost will be reduced pro rata for that month.
