My name is James, I am renting out my spare room in my house, which would suit a young professional. It is a double room which comes furnished, and the rent is £600 a month, including bills. I want this to be a home for anyone who would like to rent the room, and the whole house is available for use. I have a nice garden, which is lovely in summer, and a garage to store extra things like a bike if needed. I have two very friendly cats, so it would be great if you loved cats too! :-) The house is located near shops and is about 20 minute walk from Abingdon town centre, and a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop where buses to Oxford go regularly. In my spare time, I like to climb, run and cook.
