One Double room bedroom

We have had lodgers before which worked well, we had a couple who stayed 18 months.

Both of my children have left home, letting out one room still leaves 2 double rooms which can accommodate them when they visit for a weekend.

You will have your own bathroom which you will need to stock.

There is a large kitchen and large garden. There is a large living room which is primarily for my use but I’m ok to share. You’re welcome to bring a tv for your room.

I am currently removing everything my daughter has left and will paint the room and add new curtains etc. you should provide your own bed but there is a double bed in the room. There is also a variety of other furniture.
