Double Room with ensuite in character cottage

I have a large double bedroom with ensuite shower to let in my beautiful thatched country cottage. The room is on its own on the 2nd floor and comes with a flat screen TV. The room is fully furnished and I can provide linen and towels if required. The sitting room features a wood burning stove and there is also a large kitchen diner plus utility room. There are front and back gardens and the house is set back from the road in a quiet location. I have 2 cats so the house is not suitable for someone with allergies. Broadband is included as are all bills with the exception of the landline telephone which is not available to a lodger. There is good mobile reception and Sky TV is available in the sitting room. The village has a pub within walking distance. I am looking for a professional lodger who doesn't have a huge amount of 'stuff'. The house is fully furnished and equipped and I am a friendly professional person who has had lodgers in the past and is still in touch with most of them. Please note that there is no parking directly outside the house, but it is easy to drop off and pick up from the driveway at any time.
