Shared use of kitchen, downstairs w/c, and main bathroom.

Based 5 miles from Banbury, 8 miles from Shipston, and Stratford also less than a 30 minute drive away.
An easy commute to Banbury train station, M40 at Banbury and Gaydon, and JLR.

Must be able to match my level of ocd when it comes to keeping the house clean and tidy 🧼 🙈

Sadly no pets 🐶
