You would have access to the kitchen with washing machine, (I'm vegaterian, happy for you to cook meat if you are not vegetarian/vegan), lodger fridge, sitting room, shared bathroom ( to be partially upgraded in May) with power shower and my calming and relaxing garden.
My south west facing garden has a private deck for relaxing, catching the sun, exercising and yoga. There is a platform over looking the pond which catches the morning sun, idea for meditation or sitting with a cuppa and one of the cats in the warmer
