You would have access to the kitchen with washing machine, (I'm vegaterian, happy for you to cook meat if you are not vegetarian/vegan) lodger fridge, sitting room, shared bathroom (about to be refurbished, photo to follow) with power shower and my calming and relaxing garden.
My south west facing garden has a private deck for relaxing, catching the sun, exercising and yoga (I'm a yoga teacher). There is a platform over looking the pond which catches the morning sun, idea for meditation or sitting with a cuppa and one of the cats in the warmer weather!
