THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. You'll have use of a stunning kitchen with two cooking stations, plenty of cupboard space and a breakfast bar. There is also a living area with seating and a further dining table. There is also a laundry area where you will have use of the washing machine and dryer. All crockery and cooking equipment is included and the communal areas are cleaned weekly by Ox Living. There is also a back garden with outdoor seating and secure bicycle storage. The driveway is available for parking as well as street parking nearby.

THE ROOM 🛌
The rooms come fully furnished with a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bed and a bedside table. Room 3 has a private en-suite bathroom and room 4 shares an off-suite bathroom with room 5. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!

We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
