THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has a large modern kitchen with two cooking and sink stations, two fridge freezers and plenty of cupboard space. Near the kitchen, you will find a dining area with a dining table and wall-mounted TV as well as a separate living room with multiple sofas and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. All crockery and cooking equipment is supplied by us and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. There is on-street parking available and a patio at the rear of the house.

THE ROOM 🛌
The rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and a bedside table. You will also have a private en-suite bathroom. Room 7 is the biggest room in this house and located in the loft. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
