I will be moving into a new home in February and would like to rent my furnished double room (550pcm including bills) All of the furniture is brand new.
Ideally this would be a short term rent or Monday-Friday but I am open to consider anyone, the agreement will be solely dependent on the person.
Person must be clean & easy to live with. I work from home full time so I am likely to be around the majority of the time.
I am due to move in the house between 8th-15th February unless this is pushed back.
I can send a video of the property, if its of interest. As I haven't moved in yet I do not have photos of the furnished room.
House has 1 main bathroom & downstairs toilet, garden, parking space, 3 x bedrooms (1x occupied by me, bedroom 2 would be the tenants, bedroom 3 will remain empty)
