Large Double Room with Ensuite

The Bedroom

A spacious, light and airy large top floor bedroom is available to let with a large en-suite that has shower, sink and WC. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (almost new and very comfortable mattress), large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables (more storage is available if needed). There is a decent sized garden to the rear with decking that is a lovely sun trap in the afternoons and evenings with garden furniture. I also have a decent bbq which is free to use as well.

The house is situated on the Hanwell Fields development and is on a quiet road with very pleasant neighbours. There is a decent co-op, subway sandwiches, a quiet pub and highly-regarded Indian restaurant within a few hundred yards of the house which makes for very easy and convenient living. Banbury town centre is close-by as well. There is also on-road parking and the road is very quiet.

All domestic bills and council tax are included. There are the freeview tv channels as well as sky infinity and BT TV.

You will of course have free run of the house and most evenings I'm not back until about 8, pretty much every Sunday I am out of the house playing sport. Smokers are welcome but no smoking in the house.

The kitchen is fully kitted out and is a pleasure to cook in. For those interested, I thoroughly recommend coming and having a look for yourself as photos don't do the house justice.

I am a fairly quiet person, I spend my evenings either relaxing in front of the TV or in the garage. I enjoy the house being clean and tidy, not OCD levels but pleasant to live in. Ideally I am looking to share with someone who is like-minded in their approach to cleanliness.

The bedroom that is to be let will be ready at the end of October/ start of November..

I have a young cat, Winston who is very friendly and clean and very chilled.
