THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. You’ll have use of a kitchen, with two cooking stations, two sinks, a fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, plenty of cupboard space and a comfortable seating area. All crockery and cooking equipment is provided and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. There is a back garden and bicycle storage included. Street parking available outside the property.

THE ROOM 🛌
The room comes fully furnished with a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and chair, a mini freezer and a double bed. You will also have a private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
