THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and purpose-built for Co-Living with a large kitchen with two cooking stations, breakfast bar, washing machine and dryer, two fridge freezers and microwave. All crockery and cooking equipment is provided and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living! You will also have use of the living room which has a dining table, TV and sofa. This leads out onto a large paved garden. Off-street parking available on the driveway and further street parking nearby.

THE ROOM 🛌
All rooms come fully furnished with a double wardrobe, a bedside table, a double bed, a chest of drawers, a desk and chair and a TV point. Room 5 is the smallest room and does not come with a desk. All rooms also have a private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills included no hidden fees!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

It is in a great location next door to the Horton Hospital with both the train station and town centre being a 10-minute walk away. Great transport links with regular trains to London and Birmingham and easy access to the M40.
