Lovely, spacious double room in old cottage

Lovely, bright and good-sized bedroom in our 300 year old cottage with a brook running outside the window. There is a comfortable bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a chair and a hanging rail. The bathroom is along the landing and features a large separate shower and underfloor heating. Downstairs there is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and a separate living room. There is a small pantry also off the kitchen which also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

It's myself and my 14yr old daughter you would be living with and we have a friendly cat. Looking for somebody clean, tidy and friendly!

Benson has lots of amenities - Co-op, pharmacy, butchers, 2 x pubs, cafe on the river, dentist, doctors etc, all a short 5 min walk from the house with the exception of the cafe which is 10 mins. There's a bus stop almost outside the house and this has a regular service to Wallingford & Cholsey where you can get connecting buses to Oxford, Reading & Didcot and in Cholsey the train into London Paddington. Alternatively with a 10 min walk to the A4074 you can pick up buses directly to Oxford/Reading.
