This is an unfurnished double bedroom with built in 3 door wardrobe. And extra storage space in cupboard. I am the previous tenant and I’m looking for someone to replace me on the tenancy as my plans have changed and need to move.
This bedroom is “bedroom 2” on the floor plan. As you can see it’s a big house, a kitchen and then 3 rooms downstairs. Pictures show when we first moved in so looks a bit bare but is more furnished now.
Rent is £430 payable to the landlords agent. Bills are separate and sorted amongst flat mates. Bills come to about £130 each. So in total you’ll be paying about £560 a month.
Flatmates are 2 females mid-twenties who both work full time. One flat mate does have 2 cats so you’ll have to like pets! They do not have to go in your room if you do not wish.
Churchill road is super central, you’re right next to two co-ops, plenty of takeaways and about a 15 min walk to town, 10 min walk to bicester north train station (all obviously quicker to drive to!).
