Full let considered for the right person. Alternatively Monday to Friday let preferred (£450) - Furnished double room in quiet village on outskirts of Bicester (Fritwell). Close to M40, A43 and A34.
Close to several contract works.
The room comes furnished but we are able to adapt it if you have an item of you own you would like to bring. Its down the quiet part of the house!

It is a shared bathroom but does not get used that much by anyone else in the house. Plenty of ample space and we can store small items if needed. Utility room accessible with large area for washing.

Shared kitchen area - we will ensure you have space for your items.

Large slate corner garden outside of room but also large garden to the right with views over farm land. So a quiet drink outside during summer nights is always pleasant around here. We have space to store a motorbike away from driveway if needed.

We have large off road parking space. Enough for a van.

Monday to Friday there is normally only 1 child present in the house but this becomes 3 at weekends and holidays.

We prefer not to have smokers but vaping is fine.

We have one small friendly dog .

Our preference is also someone who is able to commit to a few months at a time rather than weeks, but please enquire with details. Also, someone that will obviously respect our home whilst their here.

A little about us:

We are both professionals working at home mostly (IT consultant and Project Manager). We are a warm friendly household who enjoys gaming, to gardening!
