Access to 1 office suitable for WFH with a large window, desk, screen and office chair.

The bathroom, which includes bath and shower is directly opposite the room across the landing. The house has a shared sitting room, downstairs toilet, entrance hall and a large kitchen/dining room.

All bills, Council Tax and WiFi included.

This is a 2 bedroom house with 2 offices. You will be sharing with me and my husband. We are a friendly and tidy household.

There is also a good sized back garden, which has a patio space, plentiful apple tree and peaceful pond. We have 1 incredibly friendly, old cat.

The parking space is on the driveway. We are just a 2 minute walk to the centre of Bicester and Garth Park, and a 10 minute walk to Bicester North and Bicester Village railway stations.

The room is available from 1st August 2026 until 31st January 2027. We are happy to be flexible with those dates.

We will consider a couple. The monthly rent would increase to £995 and the deposit would be £600.
