I'm renting out a cosy, modern single room in my bright and well-kept 3-bedroom home in Bicester. The house is carpeted throughout, clean and tidy, and has a lovely sun room, a small patio garden, and street parking - plus use of the driveway a couple of days a week when I'm travelling to London for work.

The room is available for £550 per month with all bills included.

A little about the home: it's a calm, comfortable place to live. I'm 33, organised, and keep a clean house. My lifestyle switches between busy and social, and quieter homebody weeks -cooking proper meals, watching TV, working from home occasionally, and taking my dog Mika out on her twice-daily walks.

Speaking of Mika - she's a 3-year-old Cavapoochon, fully trained, incredibly sweet, and honestly brilliant company. She's a big part of the home, so you'd need to be a dog lover (or at least dog-friendly!). I do ask that lodgers don't bring their own pets.

I'm easy to live with - I love a spontaneous kitchen chat but equally respect your space and privacy. Friends over occasionally is absolutely fine. I'm looking for someone tidy, respectful, and happy to share a relaxed but independent household.
