A fully furnished, lovely double room available to rent in a friendly, relaxed family home. The room has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelves, bedside table, laundry bin, smart TV and wifi. There is one shared bathroom which includes a bath and separate shower. A separate toilet is downstairs.
I live in the house with my grown up son and one cat. My previous lodgers have lived with us for 1-2+ years so I guess we are easy to get on with!
We have a tidy large modern home with an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The utility houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and downstairs toilet. Outside there is a large sunny garden you are welcome to enjoy and a large drive offering off street parking.
Bicester is a great location within easy reach of the motorways plus has two train stations serving London Marylebone, Birmingham and Oxford. The house itself is situated in a quiet street just a short walk from Bicester centre, Bicester village, bus stops and train stations.
I am looking for Monday to Friday only. All bills in the monthly rental fee of £550.
