Bicester Double Room Available Now

Hi,

The room is a furnished double and is available now. The house is 2 bed with a shared bathroom and downstairs cloakroom, with space to park a small car in front of house otherwise there is some communal parking in the close. House has a small garden that gets the sun in the evening and a garage should you wish to store a bike.

House is very close by Bicester Village train station so perfect if you work in Bicester (about 10-15mins walk) or commuting to London Marylebone (open now less than 1h) or Oxford (open circa 20mins) by train.

Current rent period ends 17JAN18, I would ideally like the same sharer for whole period but will consider 6month terms.

Please note the price does not include home phone or a cleaner so I would like someone who doesn’t mind pitching in to live in a tidyish house. Deposit £600 also required.

For the references will need information from last estate agent/landlord, ID(ie passport/drivers licence), last 3month payslips and employment contract.
