I have a furnished single room for rent which is available now.

The room currently has wardrobe and single bed with a table and chairs for dining

Although I have said non smokers I would consider a smoker as long as you do not smoke in the property.

You will have full access to the bathroom & kitchen facilities although the living room is for landlord use only.

Access to sky fibre and if you wish you can add sky multi room to your room at your own cost.

Location of the house is situated in Glory Farm, Bicester, just behind the school.
This is a 2min walk to our local tesco, 20 min walk to Bicester North train station, 25 mins to town, 30 mins to Bicester Village. By car you can be at Bicester village in 5 mins.

Off road communal parking outside the house with plenty of space to keep your car overnight.

We kindly ask for no guests

I would give you 1months notice if I were to request you to move out & would ask you give the same courtesy if you wished to move out the property too.

Rent to be paid on the first of each month, payments can be made in cash or standing order.
