I am a live in landlord currently with one other occupier with a further one bedroom to rent. The house is a new build with off road parking, a good sized garden with shed. There is a large kitchen diner equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, lounge with amazon prime and fibre optic broadband throughout. Two bathrooms and a downstairs W/C.
We are friendly clean and tidy professionals looking to rent to a likeminded person who would not only be a tenant but a friend also.
On a weekend/spare time we like to walk to the pubs for a drink, go cycling or running however ordering a good takeaway with a movie marathon is just as good as getting out and about.
Other interests include travel, sports and F1.
This home is in Brackley, the home of Mercedes petronas however a small stones throw away from Bicester it is easily commutable in 15 minutes.
It is in a fabulous location for connections to the M40 and M1.
