Room in the beautiful village of Blewbury available for rent. Great access to countryside. Lots of village events and two local pubs. Easy access to Harwell, Milton Park and Didcot Parkway. Hourly bus service to Didcot over the road from the property. Room available Mon-Fri.

Ideal tenant would be a contractor only there during the week but should family need to visit on the odd basis to save driving home that can be accommodated . I am not there in the evenings on weekdays as only use the house as an office during the day, so the current lodger enjoys free rein of the house in the evenings. They are also flexible on their leaving date.

You would have a double bed in the room that is currently the office. There is a great bathroom (trust me) with separate bath and large shower. Clothes can be stored in the landing dressing room and a chest of drawers.

Kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer (no microwave but can be provided). There is a dining room and living room and downstairs WC. The living room has an L-shaped sofa and opens onto the garden. Smart TV with sound-bar and log burner as well.
