Beautiful house with double bedroom for rent

Light and spacious double bedroom in a unique, beautiful house and very desirable location.
Though the bathroom is not directly en-suite it has the potential to be reserved for use by you only.
Off street parking and use of communal facilities, large kitchen and large garden.
Smoking is okay in the garden.
To share with a family of young adults.
We would love someone who is both creative yet clean and enjoys nature, healthy food and who is open minded and forward thinking.
We are happy with the idea of a couple sharing but the rent would go up accordingly.
Please note, I am looking for someone who is interested in a long term stay, for a year or more if we are suited. I have selected 3 months as an initial try out period for both parties with a view to a much longer term stay.
