Bright and spacious double room for rent in a lovely house in Bodicote, near Banbury, 5 minutes’ drive from the Horton Hospital or 20 minutes’ walk. General house share with one person (me!) and almost exclusive use of own bathroom next door to bedroom.

Just a few steps away from the local mini supermarket and post office, and 5 minutes’ walk from the local pubs. Fabulous countryside walks start within less than 3 minutes’ walk from the house.

Great transport links with a bus stop right outside to Banbury and 5 minutes walk away to the bus stop for Oxford.. Only 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk to Banbury Train station.

I am looking for a professional to house share with me. I am a professional female who works full-time,. I am friendly and fun loving but like my own space and time to myself!

Must like pets as I share custody of my border collie/ spaniel cross dog Jess, with my ex-husband so we have canine activity for a couple of days a week! She is 11, very sweet and well behaved!

The rate includes all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water etc. but NOT telephone) but you must provide your own food.
