A bit about me/situ -
I've been living in this property now for the last 2 years, my current housemate has decided to move on for new work oppertunities. I still love this place so I'd really like to get a person in to take over the other half of the contract.

I'm a fairly conscientious housemate, clean, quiet and would be looking for someone similar, I kind of like having somewhere chill to retreat to on weekdays.
