Hi, I am looking to rent out one of my two rooms depending which is of more interest to a lodger. I own my house and live here with my small very sweet dog. It’s a quick cycle to get to the train station and city centre and walking distance to all the big superstores and the Waitrose which is very handy. It has a lovely garden which can be enjoyed in summer. The rooms are on the first floor and the communal living area including kitchen on the ground floor. The smaller room will be offered at 750 pcm. It has a lovely view over the garden and has a tall chest of drawers and hanging space in the hallway cupboard. Rent includes bills and a cleaner every week. I’m at home fairly often with the current restrictions otherwise I’m out at work in London. Look forward to your interest Leanne.
