The annex is a studio space with a kitchen (with washing machine) , shower and sleeping/ living area with a separate toilet.
This is for the single tenant only and there will be no access to our house.
The access to the room is via our garden and exterior wooden steps.
We are close to the shops and bus stops to get to Oxford.
You are welcome to leave belongings in the annex over the weekend.
