Hi I'm Kristina, one of the current housemates in 2 Helen Road. Recently one of our housemates has moved out so we now have a room available and are looking to find someone to join our household :)

Currently we are two males and a female working in Engineering and teaching. During the weekdays we tend to be busy with work commitments but enjoy socialising on the weekends.
The house consists of:
- 4 bedrooms
- Shared kitchen and dining rooms
- Communal living room (with a couch bed for guests)
- 2 Shared bathrooms (1 w/ shower)
- Large garden where we like to have gatherings in the summer along with growing lots of veggies
- Medium sized shed, mostly used for projects (DIY carpentry/electronics etc)

The room is on the first floor, north facing. It comes with:
- Wardrobe
- Bed
- Bedside table
- Drawers
- Desk
- Shelves

Room cost is £595 PCM
Bills are additional, ranging from £40 in the summer to £80 in the winter. This covers electricity/heating and WiFi.
The Landlady covers water charges and council tax.

The house is 10 mins walk from Oxford train station. There is a Waitrose next door and an Aldi around 10 minutes away by foot.

We are ideally looking for a professional to join us in the house with a lean towards a female to balance the gender distribution.

The candidate must be clean, tidy and considerate along with being social so that we can maintain the harmony that we have had in the house these past few years.
