New Cozy Annex Room – short or long stay

A newly built, cozy room in a private annex is now available to rent for short or long stays. The space is modern, light, and welcoming, featuring a high ceiling, underfloor heating, and a bright, airy atmosphere with plenty of natural light.

The room has its own separate entrance, offering privacy and convenience, with parking available directly behind the entrance door.

Bills are included for a simple and stress-free stay.

You will be sharing the home with me and my son, as well as our friendly cat, Puma. We are looking for respectful and friendly people who would enjoy a calm and comfortable home environment.

The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by greenery with woodland nearby — perfect for walks and relaxing outdoors. A bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing a direct connection to the city centre. There are also many shops and local amenities conveniently located close by.
