I’m a student and have been living in the residence since September. As I finish my classes at the end of March, I am looking for a replacement tenant for my room.

The studio is a private self-contained apartment (20.8–21.6m²) with a small double bed with under-bed storage, study desk and chair, bookshelves, private ensuite bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen with dining table.

All bills are included in the rent as well as high-speed internet (1Gbps). The residence offers many great communal facilities including a games hub, pool table, cinema lounge, gym, rooftop terrace, study spaces and private dining rooms.

The building has reception staff on site, CCTV security, housekeeping, laundry room and bike storage. Residents also benefit from a free shuttle bus service to and from several universities in Oxford, making commuting to campus easy.

There are also shops and a coffee shop nearby.
