Fully furnished double bedroom available on Botley road in a professional house share with 3 housemates! :D

Location: only 20min walk from town centre, 10min walk from train station. Groceries store within 5-10min walk, and 25min away from Port Meadow. Ideally located, right next to town, with convenient facilities and very quiet neighbourhood

The room and the house: the room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a set of drawers and a bookshelf. The house is quite big, with natural light and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a shower room and a bathroom to share with 2 other housemates. There is also a garden at the back for hot summer days!

The housemates: there are 3 professionals housemates 2 women and 1 man, everyone is their 20s' -early 30s. Everyone in the house is friendly, enjoy to do things together and hang out, but are also independent and like to do our own thing.

Rent is £575/month, council tax is about £55/month. Bills not included but is below £100/month.

Room will be available at the end of May 2025 - date TBC with current tenant - but most likely going to be free for bank holiday weekend.
