Master bedroom in our Cotswold end-terrace 2-bed

Comfortable master bedroom with king size bed and garden view in our cosy Cotswolds home in the gorgeous town of Burford. Our end-terrace traditional house is modern inside with neutral decor and plenty of art on the walls. Our kitchen has a washer-dryer, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. The lounge has two chesterfield sofas and a wood burning stove which makes the place super cosy in the winter.

We have a lovely good-sized garden with a table & chairs, sofa and BBQ which is fantastic in the summer as well as an ice bath!

We are a busy professional couple who are between London and Burford regularly so don't want our house to go unloved! We are pretty chilled, like walks and cooking and enjoying the town of Burford, less than a 5 min walk to the high st. You will sometimes have the place to yourself for a few days so you can really settle in and feel at home.

Bills are included apart from electricity on a smart meter which will be split 50/50 each month (currently around £150p/m so £75 each). Includes council tax for band D.

We are looking for a quiet and tidy lodger who can help love our home as much as we do and enjoy life in the Cotswolds!
