Beautiful double room in family home

Hello we have a beautiful room available for a short let (up to 6 months, potentially more) in our family home. You will be sharing for a few days in the week with myself (NHS professional working full time) and my three daughters ages 15, 12, 6 hence this room is available for a female only please as safety and security are my utmost priority which means sorry no couples and no ‘guests’ without my prior knowledge. We are home for just a few days in the week (tues, wed and some Friday evenings) We live in a beautiful and welcoming village called Chalgrove with bus routes into Oxford. There is free parking. A garden and all the mod cons. The rent is inclusive of all bills. No requirement for deposit but I will need to be paid at the start of the tenancy. You will have your own bathroom but will share the kitchen / dining / living room. Oh! And we have a little miniature shihtzu who is very well behaved.
