The room is a furnished double with plenty of storage and an en suite shower room. Spacious shared areas including kitchen, living room, dining room, garden and a private driveway and garage. Double glazed windows throughout, gas central heating, broadband and wi-fi.

The house is situated on the newer side of Chilton, and has good transport links to Didcot, Abingdon, Oxford and Wantage and also Newbury and Reading. Close to the A34. Ideal for anyone working on the Harwell Campus (walking distance!). Good local community with lots going on.

Looking for either male or female, clean and tidy, professional or placement student. Would prefer a Mon - Fri let, but would consider full time for the right individual especially for a specified period e. g. a placement at Harwell. We've let rooms to students for the last few years and it's worked out really well.

Probably important to mention that we have 3 cats so you'd need to be happy having them around (and not allergic!) as they are very friendly too - although they do not need access to your room!
