A cozy three bedroom house located in the lovely village of Chinnor. Public transportation available to Thame and Princes Risborough. A short drive from surrounding areas like High Wycombe and Oxford.

The property has a big front garden, a drive way with parking for three cars, a medium sized garden and a 2minute walk from the local Co-op and premier store.

The house has a shared living room, lounge/dining area, a shared bathroom with a bath/shower and a shared kitchen.

Swish fibre, Netflix, Amazon prime and Disney+ are also included with bills.

Kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, plenty of cupboards, washing machine, electric oven with gas hob, microwave and a dolce gusto coffee machine. In the garage we have small chest freezer.
