Double room with own bathroom, close to town.

A double room in a modern townhouse with its own bathroom. A new double bed, with bedding a chest of drawers and a clothes rail is available. The room has a large TV with a Roku (own accounts for Netflix, Prime etc are needed).
The bathroom has a bath with a shower, this bathroom is between both bedrooms. There is a second bathroom on the floor below, which will be used by the landlady.

Ideally, looking for a professional person or a working student (nurse etc).
Please note the landlady is profoundly deaf.

The household has two friendly cats.

Landlady semi-works from home as an artist, therefore the Kitchen can have art materials (all water-based). There is always space for food prep and is kept clean. The dining room is where prep work happens so there is a very limited dining room area for eating.

All bills are included in the price, although a reasonable usage is expected.
