So I am renting out my spare double room this is actually little bigger then a double overlooks the garden, it's very quiet place as per what I like, I have bought the property since February this year has all new build extras, and broadband very fast is included along with water and electricity.
Fully curtained and mattress not got double bed at moment so if you have one you can bring that otherwise I get one.
I am after someone quiet and fully working professional I have myself only moved to the area recently but so far is nice and relaxing
