Double room in friendly house share Cowley

Hi!

I'm looking for someone to take over my room as I'm unfortunately moving away from the area! It's a medium sized furnished double room overlooking the back garden. There's also plenty of shelving and storage in the room and around the house. There's a large living room with TV, ps3, two couches, and dinning table where the housemates will sit and chat some nights. A good sized kitchen with plenty of storage and a gas cooker and microwave etc with other kitchen appliances. There is a large garden with a trampoline and garage which is handy for extra storage. Two bathrooms one large and one smaller bathroom. The house is kept in good condition and clean and tidy.

To get to the centre of Oxford there are regular buses that run late and the bus stop is right across the round from the house. If you drive there is a parking space on the driveway or free on road parking for friends and guests. Cycling to the centre takes around 10 to 15 minutes. Local amenities include a co-op just a minutes walk away along with other convenience stores, coffee shops, and pubs near by including the rusty bicycle and Magdalene arms.

The current housemates are super friendly and it's important that the new tenant gets along with the current housemates! When you come to view the room you should get the chance to meet everyone and say hi!

The rent is £422.50 for rent and bills are £110 give or take In the summer or winter!

I'm keen to move out in the first 2 weeks of April and aim to move out between the 2nd and 16th of April although if you're a good fit for the house I don't mind moving out sooner.
