Sinnet Court - Oxford Brookes

Please note: This is only available for Oxford Brookes students who are enrolled on a course.

Spacious single en-suite (shower and toilet included) room.
Rooms are fitted with a desk, desk chair, lamp, cupboard, sets of drawers, shelves, and soft chair.

Sinnet Court has all its facilities located within the grounds of the halls.

These include:
- Bicycle sheds
- Garden courtyard
- Laundry room
- Reception

There are wardens onsite with 24/7 availability. The communal kitchen and living room is cleaned weekly by Sinnet Court staff. This includes rubbish and recycling.

All bills and internet is including in your rent. All rooms are equipped with high speed internet connection and WiFi, through the main Oxford Brookes's university internet.

As I am leaving Oxford in May, I will transfer the remainder of the lease over to you. The lease will then last until 18th August 2019. I need to leave Oxford, so I am willing to sign a contract with you and pay a portion of the remaining rent, hence the lower (£105 a month) price.

The room is situated which is located in the quieter area of the halls.
