I have a room available in my flat to let on a short term basis, anywhere from one week up to three months. The apartment is in a brilliant location on St. Marys Road which is within walking distance to all the local amenities on Cowley Road and bus routes into the city centre.

The room is a large double with lots of natural light and is fully furnished. There is a double bed, chest of drawers, shelving and two bed side tables in the room along with an abundance of extra storage space in a cupboard that goes under the stairs.

The apartment itself is split over two floors. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms, the bathroom and a spare room. Upstairs there is an open plan living room and the kitchen that opens out on to the balcony.

There are racks to lock up bikes out the back of the apartment building, the entrance to the apartments is secured by a locked gate so it is a pretty safe space.

All bills will be included in the rent so you only need to make one payment a week and there is no minimum term required.
