Available from the 13th April is a double room in a modern apartment in central Cowley. The development was completed in 2016 and is therefore one of the newer buildings in the area. The rent will include sole access to the bedroom and the main bathroom (own bathroom) in the apartment, shared access to the open plan kitchen/living areas and the balcony. The lounge has access to a 42" smart TV with the ability to access the likes of Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney + etc. The room is furnished with a double ottoman bed, large set of drawers and a small rail for clothes. All bills will be included an element of which is very high speed 250mbps Virgin Media broadband; even with two people working from home this will not fail ! With the building being in the centre of Cowley, directly outside of the front door, there are multiple bus stops which are on the route of the number 1, 5, 10 & 12 buses directly into Oxford centre, Headington, the John Radcliffe hospital and Blackbird Leys. Local amenities include a Pure Gym (8 min walk), large Sainsbury's & Lidl (7 min walk), Florence park (10 min walk) and Templar's Square shopping centre across the road with various high street stores.
