Offering a bright and tidy single room, with the convenience of all bills and council tax included. This room is reserved for a single, mature professional and is only suited for someone with a full-time employment schedule.

Unfortunately, I cannot schedule an in-person viewing as the room is currently occupied, but I’d be glad to get on a video call to meet and I can also send you a video viewing.

Ideal Requirements:
- The kitchen is there for light use only,
Cooking a few times a week or taking a few hours to meal prep for the week would work fine.
- Must have full-time employment.
No working from home.
